The Project and Role Context

This part-time Project Control Manager role is based in Riyadh and involves joining a Mace team to deliver an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project. The project includes significant civils and infrastructure scope, requiring collaboration with architects and global consultants. It encompasses extensive infrastructure, landscape, and built assets, with Mace serving as the Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
• Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Build client relationships and drive performance reporting.
• Align delivery with the Mace control centre, mentor teams, and promote sustainability.
• Work collaboratively towards the goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project control management.
