- Track material delivery status (including fiber cables, ducts, chambers, ODFs, racks, patch panels, active equipment, and power components) to prevent execution delays.
- Ensure alignment between field progress, ISP installation progress, and system updates (ERP/client portals) with strong data integrity controls.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and KPI-aligned progress and financial reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and report risks, gaps, and discrepancies in OSP and ISP execution, and support preventive and corrective actions.
- Generate executive-level summaries, presentations, and insights for management decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, visualization, and performance monitoring of key KPIs such as team productivity, installation vs target, testing and acceptance rates, equipment installation progress, and rejection ratios.
