Project Coordinator

About the Role

Norconsult Telematics is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Network Sector projects in Riyadh. This is a contract position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on managing project activities, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up, with a strong emphasis on technical coordination using AutoCAD and Revit to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this position is to coordinate and support the execution of network-sector construction and special projects. The Project Coordinator acts as a crucial link between the Special Projects Delivery Director, project teams, engineering disciplines, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring all projects align with approved scope, schedule, quality, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, meetings, and follow-up actions among project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and Revit models, providing support for design and site coordination.
• Identify and address technical issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, trackers, and submissions.
• Ensure timely escalation and closure of outstanding issues to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the network or construction sector.
• Strong project coordination capabilities, including planning, documentation, and execution support.
• Practical knowledge and proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit for reviewing, coordinating, updating, and managing project drawings, models, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage stakeholder follow-up effectively.
