Job Description
About the Role
Laverne Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on supporting and monitoring projects by coordinating with various departments, tracking project timelines and costs, and maintaining essential project data and reports. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Finance Department to ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project plans and phases, ensuring regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to follow up on project budgets, payments, invoices, and expenses.
- Track actual project costs against approved budgets and report any variances or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project requirements are completed within agreed timelines.
- Follow up on project tasks and deadlines to ensure deliverables are completed according to plan.
- Prepare periodic reports covering project progress, costs, pending tasks, delays, and key challenges.
- Organize and maintain project data and documentation, including quotations, invoices, approvals, and other related documents.
- Follow up on requests and approvals required from different departments and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and escalate any delays or issues that may impact project progress to the direct manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and external vendors.
- Attention to detail for monitoring budgets and project timelines.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Laverne Group. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments, particularly the Finance Department, and external vendors.
