Project Engineer

About the Role

Algihaz Holding is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical substation projects. This full-time role is based in Tabarjal, Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia, and requires coordination of technical and administrative activities, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in daily project planning, coordination, and execution tasks.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and site teams.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management and client review.
• Coordinate the submission, tracking, and approval of technical documents.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts and punch-list items.
• Monitor and follow up on the closure of pending technical and administrative issues.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, representing project interests as needed.
• Support the resolution of engineering and project-related issues in coordination with technical teams.
• Review project invoices for accuracy and alignment with contractual terms.
• Maintain effective, professional communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–5 years of experience; fresh graduates and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply.
• This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional and well-presented demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions.
• Willingness to work across multiple project site locations.

Work Location

This role is site-based and may require relocation or rotational assignments across various project locations, including Riyadh, Al Qassim, Jazan, Taif, and Tabarjal.
