The Role of Project Engineering Manager

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in Riyadh. This full-time position involves delivering complex rail systems, driving technical excellence, and ensuring seamless integration across subsystems. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on shaping sustainable mobility solutions in collaboration with global experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end engineering delivery of complex rail projects, ensuring scalability and compliance with system architecture standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, validation, and industrialization, to align technical solutions with project milestones.
• Ensure reliability and safety through the rigorous application of EN 50126/50128/50129 standards and RAMS methodologies.
• Foster innovation by integrating digital engineering tools such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and advanced simulation platforms.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across engineering disciplines through structured design reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant engineering management role.
