Project Management Engineer

About the Role

First Gulf Company is seeking an experienced Project Management Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing project, maintenance, and operational activities, ensuring efficient execution and coordination across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance and project activities.
• Manage and follow up on work orders and technical teams.
• Monitor performance and project progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage resource and material requirements.
• Ensure effective execution of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and operations.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation.
• Strong experience in Project Management and O&M contracts.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and digital asset management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant maintenance/project management software.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
