Project Manager Banking (LOS/LMS)

About the Role

TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in banking IT, lending platforms, and enterprise project delivery. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and digital transformation projects within the banking and financial services sector.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate vendors to ensure the successful delivery of banking technology initiatives. This includes overseeing projects from initiation through Go-Live and post-production support, with a particular emphasis on lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects involving Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and core lending platforms.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance reports.
• Manage project execution throughout the SDLC, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure project success.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, executive communication, and steering committee meetings.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee business analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Ensure successful coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Acceptance Testing, and Production deployment and Go-Live activities.
• Lead migration projects involving lending platforms and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Manage QA governance, release planning, defect management, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with banking standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate Go-Live readiness activities, including production cutover planning, rollback strategy, and hypercare support.
• Monitor project progress through KPIs and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
• Foster collaboration between business, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to achieve successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within banking IT.
• Demonstrated experience managing Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) projects.
• Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to effectively manage project teams and stakeholder interactions.
