Alphadeem is seeking an experienced Project Manager Facilities Management O&M to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading a consultancy project that provides supervision and technical support for Facilities Management, Operations, and Maintenance services.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a consultancy project, ensuring the effective delivery of Facilities Management, Operations, and Maintenance services. This role involves leading a team and supervising contractors to maintain high standards across various facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consultancy team and supervise O&M contractors across the project’s facilities and infrastructure.
• Review maintenance plans, monitor service delivery, and assess contractor performance against contractual requirements, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Manage project scope, resources, risks, reporting, and client coordination.
• Review contractors’ proposals, identify performance gaps, and oversee corrective action plans.
• Ensure the required quality, safety, and service continuity standards are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, particularly within Facilities Management, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of contractual requirements, SLAs, and KPIs in an O&M context.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively lead the consultancy team and supervise contractors.
