Role Overview: Project Manager (MEP)

The Project Manager (MEP) is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects within approved budgets for cost and resources, while maintaining quality and safety standards. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development of KSA national employees to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets, and knowledge dissemination.
• Provide input to Human Resources on succession planning, employee career growth, and organizational structure.
• Manage the team with high standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety, and corporate governance.
• Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics policy and promote company values across all employees.
• Manage the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP within the function.
• Represent the organization and enhance relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to the Project Schedule for MEP.
• Administer financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Review general contracts and contract documents, confirming budget setup and project milestones.
• Create a schedule of values and project logs, and plan for project safety and mobilization.
• Maintain cost control, manage the buy schedule, write scopes of work, and distribute/log subcontracts.
• Manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, and document control logs.
• Attend and chair necessary schedule and management MEP meetings.
• Manage all requisitions and payments, including lien releases and project payroll, while maintaining cash flow.
• Deliver all necessary manuals and consolidate project documentation and files.
• Manage subcontractor closeout, utility transfers, owner training, and the punch list process.
• Liaise with the HSE and/or Quality department for project safety and quality support.
• Respond to emergencies and take remedial action to protect health, safety, and the environment.
• Identify and ensure assigned manpower skills align with project requirements.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with the Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System.
• Follow and maintain Company Quality standards in accordance with the Company Quality System.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within MEP.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects within budget and schedule while ensuring quality and safety.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for interacting with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in financial administration of contracts and project documentation.

Work Environment and Benefits

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role is not disclosed.
