Project Manager Mixed Use Development

About the Role

Ajdan is seeking a Project Manager, Mixed-Use Development, to oversee the delivery of a PIF mixed-use project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the project from initial planning through to completion, ensuring all aspects align with established requirements.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a significant mixed-use development. This includes coordinating various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to critical project parameters such as scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of a major mixed-use project in Riyadh.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Present progress reports and project updates to senior management.
• Resolve delivery issues and support timely project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing mixed-use development projects is required.
