RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Oracle Cloud financial transformation. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers the opportunity to work on significant projects within a growing company.

Role Context and Contribution

The Project Manager will support our team in Riyadh, contributing to meaningful projects and collaborating with talented colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the program's strategic objectives.
• Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in large-scale Oracle Cloud financial transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 3+ Cloud Implementation projects in a program manager role within the financial domain, with an overall 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations.
• Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience in the design and implementation of Oracle Financials modules, coupled with an overall understanding of Oracle financial modules.
