Job Description

About the Role

HRsource is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Smart Parking & Solutions Integration, to lead the delivery of smart parking and broader solutions integration projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves managing multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder projects that integrate various technologies with city management platforms, ERPs, and mobile applications.

Project Scope

The role focuses on projects spanning sensors, cameras, License Plate Recognition (LPR), payment gateways, and barrier/access control systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for bringing together hardware, software, and city-scale systems to deliver integrated technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Smart Parking and IoT infrastructure projects.
Oversee API integrations, data flow mapping, and interoperability testing.
Manage vendor deliverables, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and installation schedules.
Coordinate site surveys and field deployment of sensors, gates, and kiosks.
Maintain the Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log.
Ensure structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot testing before project rollout.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Solutions Integration.
Demonstrated experience with Smart Parking, smart city, or IoT infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with IoT protocols such as MQTT and LoRaWAN.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure and payment gateway integrations.
PMP/PRINCE2 certification or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
