About the Role

Teef Najd Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager Stone & Fit Out to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves comprehensive project management from planning and execution through closeout, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. The Project Manager will lead project teams, manage contracts, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate with the Project Control Manager to develop and update project schedules using specialized software, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions for delays.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to prevent cost overruns, track actual costs against forecasts, and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or timelines.
• Analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, providing proactive solutions to anticipated issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards through regular site inspections.
• Supervise and lead project teams, providing guidance, training, and technical support, while fostering effective collaboration and allocating responsibilities among site personnel.
• Manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, reviewing and approving change orders, variations, and claims, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, coordinating with technical teams and organizing regular meetings to provide progress updates.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators for project operational plans, analyzing performance, implementing corrective actions, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement to ensure timely availability of materials, maintain inventory control, and optimize resource distribution.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing site safety protocols, conducting audits, and following up on HSE reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and local laws, coordinating with governmental authorities for approvals, and addressing legal issues.
• Supervise project closeout, ensuring completion of all technical and administrative requirements, overseeing final inspections, commissioning, handover processes, and submission of closeout reports.
• Submit periodic and milestone reports on project progress, costs, and risks to management.
• Contribute to securing new projects or additional scope works, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the stone and fit-out industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from planning through closeout.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of contract details, project scope, and billing principles.
• Knowledge of local and international quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
