Technical Manager Fit Out / Interiors

About the Role

Sinopack Search is seeking a Technical Manager Fit Out / Interiors to oversee the technical delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working with a Design & Build Fit-Out Contractor specializing in complex interior fit-out projects across the Hospitality (Hotels), Commercial, Luxury F&B, and Retail sectors. The role requires a technically strong candidate capable of managing technical teams and resolving complex design and construction challenges to ensure project delivery to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical and engineering department across multiple interior fit-out projects.
• Oversee the preparation, coordination, and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Manage technical coordination between architectural, interior design, MEP, structural, and specialist subcontractors.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements to identify technical issues and develop practical solutions.
• Provide technical support to project managers and site teams throughout the construction and installation stages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee technical submissions, RFIs, design modifications, and approvals to maintain project programmes.
• Manage and mentor a team of technical engineers, architects, and draftsmen.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and relevant KSA regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working for a Fit-Out contractor or within Fit-Out delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams effectively.
• Experience resolving complex design and construction challenges in interior fit-out projects.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Compensation

The salary for this position is SAR 33,000.
