The Role of Project Manager

ABEC is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in managing building management systems or automation projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, assessing risks, and effectively managing stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the successful completion of projects.
• Develop detailed plans of action, including schedules, resource allocation, and work plans.
• Assess potential risks and establish effective contingency plans.
• Manage work contributions and inputs from various stakeholders involved in the project.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in managing Building Management Systems (BMS) or automation projects.
• Experience working within the Data Centre market.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver completed projects successfully.
• Strong communication skills, essential for managing teams and stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
