Project Manager, Digital Transformation

iSoftStone is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading a significant multi-workstream digital transformation program, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

About the Role and Program

The Project Manager will be responsible for integrated planning, governance, and day-to-day delivery coordination of a digital transformation program. This program involves Business Analysts, a distributed development team, and an external solution provider. The role ensures that all workstreams progress in alignment with agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that demands strong delivery ownership and coordination across multiple stakeholders, partners, and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, and delivery schedule across all workstreams.
• Lead the overall delivery cadence, including status meetings, steering updates, and action tracking.
• Coordinate Business Analysts and consolidate workstream-level progress into a single project view.
• Act as the primary coordination point between client stakeholders, the solution provider, and the development team.
• Ensure that requirements, development, testing, and business sign-offs progress in line with the project plan.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and resolve resource or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain the project RAID log, covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Track scope, deliverables, decisions, and change requests, assessing their impact on timelines and resources.
• Escalate critical issues early, supported by clear impact assessments and recommended actions.
• Monitor the solution provider’s commitments, deliverables, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate development capacity and priorities across workstreams.
• Oversee integrated testing and UAT readiness, including defect resolution and stakeholder sign-off.
• Prepare and present clear project status reports to client and internal leadership.
• Support delivery readiness, transition, and project closure activities.
• Represent the project on-site with the client and solution provider as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation or application delivery projects.
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and distributed delivery teams.
• Strong experience coordinating external solution providers, vendors, and development teams.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Strong understanding of requirements, development, testing, UAT, and business sign-off processes.
• Experience working with multinational and cross-cultural teams.
• Comfortable working across different time zones, including regular collaboration with development teams.
• Ability to travel frequently to the Middle East.
• Strong client-facing communication, governance, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Experience in procurement, finance, budgeting, or invoice-management projects is beneficial.
• Public-sector transformation experience is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project-management certification is considered an asset.
