About the Role

MCG Asia is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing CRM implementation and transformation engagements. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position involves guiding organizations through the entire lifecycle of CRM programs, from initial discovery to successful adoption.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will define business requirements, shape practical CRM solutions, and ensure successful program delivery. This role combines strong project delivery experience with commercial awareness, requiring close collaboration with clients, internal consulting teams, and sales stakeholders to identify opportunities and support proposals. While not a hands-on technical architect or development position, it requires sufficient Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge to effectively lead technical and functional teams, maintaining accountability for client outcomes, delivery quality, and program governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, transformation, and optimisation projects for clients.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear project scopes, delivery plans, CRM roadmaps, and solution recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including functional consultants, solution architects, developers, data specialists, and change-management resources.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure proposed solutions meet agreed business objectives, without personally configuring or developing the platform.
• Support sales and business-development activity, including opportunity qualification, client presentations, solution workshops, proposal development, and statements of work.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 7+ years of experience delivering CRM, customer transformation, sales transformation, or customer-service transformation projects.
• Demonstrable experience leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementation projects in a project manager, engagement manager, functional lead, or consulting-manager capacity.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, planning, delivery, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live optimisation.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes, such as sales, customer service, marketing, lead-to-order, or customer lifecycle management.
