What We’re Looking For:- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in real estate valuation.
- Strong expertise in appraising various property types using multiple valuation approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Geographic Explorer Maps.
- Solid knowledge of all valuation methodologies.
- (Preferred) Experience in real estate & financial feasibility studies.
