Key Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure completion milestones and target budgets are achieved.

• Overseeing contracts, negotiating revisions, and managing communication with architects, consultants, employers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attending and managing project progress meetings, and liaising with all key stakeholders including developers, consultants, vendors, and team members.
