Project Manager

About the Role

Clear Engineering Consultants is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within approved scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will primarily work on-site, overseeing daily project activities and ensuring all work adheres to approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project resources efficiently.
• Monitoring project schedules and costs to maintain budgetary control.
• Identifying and resolving site-related issues promptly.
• Preparing regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely project completion in accordance with established timelines.
• Maintaining effective communication and coordination with site teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in project management, particularly within the construction and architectural sectors. The essential qualifications and experience include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a preference for experience in construction and architectural projects.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising projects on-site from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project execution methodologies.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Work Environment

This role requires a significant on-site presence to effectively oversee and manage project activities. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with various teams and external partners, ensuring seamless project progression in a dynamic construction environment.
