About the Role

SNME Anipsotiki is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading wind and power projects, ensuring their safe and timely delivery within budget and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will oversee site teams and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors, controlling the commercial, operational, and HSE performance from project mobilization to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project delivery from mobilization through execution, demobilization, and close-out phases.
Prepare and maintain project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and method statements.
Plan and coordinate heavy lifting and installation activities, such as WTG components, transformers, and structural steel, in collaboration with site and engineering teams.
Monitor daily progress against the baseline schedule and implement corrective actions for any delays.
Ensure the efficient mobilization and utilization of equipment, cranes, and manpower.

Client and Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, EPC contractor, and consultants on site.
Attend and lead progress meetings, issuing weekly and monthly progress reports.
Manage correspondence, variations, claims, and change requests in accordance with contract terms.
Liaise with government entities, local authorities, and Saudi stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the wind and power sector.

Work Environment

This is a site-based role located at remote wind and power project sites within KSA. The position involves exposure to outdoor conditions, working at heights, and heavy lifting operations. Rotation and working hours will be determined by company policy and project requirements.
