The Role of Project Manager

Schindler is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing projects from award to handover, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for achieving project objectives within specified timelines and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project management plans, including scheduling, resource and capacity planning, and quality assurance.
• Manage project-related tasks to achieve objectives on time and within cost targets, strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the project duration.
• Ensure effective project management and timely communication with all involved parties, particularly customer representatives.
• Sell variation orders promptly to meet financial objectives.
• Provide regular project management reports for line manager decision-making.
• Follow process-oriented Project Management from award until handover, including all statutory requirements and deliverables.
• Lead the project team and assign appropriate authorities and responsibilities.
• Attract, retain, and develop employees to meet current project needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering is desired.
• A minimum of three years of experience in installations and leading teams within the E&E or construction industries is desired.
• The role requires 2-5 years of overall professional experience.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will operate within a dynamic environment, leading project teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver mobility solutions.
