We are seeking a Project Support Engineer (Spanish Speaking) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting project coordination and execution for a key project within the Kingdom, acting as a link between the Spanish head office and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of the project.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, identifying risks and deviations.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and progress presentations.
• Act as a point of contact between the Spanish head office and local teams and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives on site.
• Support procurement, invoicing, and administrative project management tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial documentation.
• Organize and follow up on project meetings, minutes, and action items.
• Support compliance with local administrative and legal requirements related to the project.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience. A high level of Spanish proficiency is required for this role to facilitate communication with the head office and local teams.
