Projects Manager Fit Out & Interior Contracting

Job Summary

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking an experienced Projects Manager for Fit Out & Interior Contracting. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing multiple interior fit-out projects from award to final handover. The successful candidate will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fit-out projects, monitoring progress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, architectural works, and MEP activities.
• Monitor project quality, risks, variations, costs, and contractual matters.
• Resolve project delays and operational issues while ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare management reports and oversee project completion, snagging, and final handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in fit-out or construction projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience leading Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
• Strong background in retail, commercial, hospitality, office, or high-end fit-out projects.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and architectural/MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
