Role Summary

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a PSD Team Leader L3 to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading and supervising Platform Screen Door (PSD) maintenance activities across Line 3. The role focuses on ensuring safe working practices, high system availability, quality execution, rapid fault recovery, accurate reporting, and the continuous development of PSD technicians. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PSD technicians during daily maintenance, emergency response, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and recovery activities.
• Ensure all PSD maintenance activities adhere to HSE rules, approved method statements, Permit-to-Work requirements, isolation instructions, and LOTO procedures.
• Allocate manpower, tools, spares, vehicles, and test equipment based on maintenance priorities, operational requirements, and service availability targets.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on platform screen doors, control panels, drive mechanisms, sensors, interlocks, control interfaces, and associated field equipment.
• Lead technical troubleshooting for PSD failures, support complex fault diagnosis, and escalate technical issues to Engineering with accurate evidence.
• Review completed work orders, check maintenance records, validate defect closure, and ensure maintenance reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with OCC, station operations, possession control, safety teams, planners, and other disciplines during service-impacting works and recovery interventions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, shift briefings, safety observations, and on-the-job coaching to improve technician competence, work quality, and safety behavior.
• Support incident investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), repeated failure analysis, configuration changes, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure readiness of emergency response equipment, critical spares, calibrated tools, and communication channels for rapid PSD fault recovery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise technical teams.
• Understanding of safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
