About the Public Relations Officer Role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking a Public Relations Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating corporate engagements, managing official visits, and supporting public relations initiatives to maintain a professional corporate image. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage official visits, meetings, and corporate engagements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication.
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports and performance dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visits and public relations activities.
• Support public relations initiatives and contribute to maintaining a professional corporate image.
• Ensure all visits and related activities are organized efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
