About the Role

IHCC is seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities for a high-profile fit-out project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves implementing the Project Quality Plan and ensuring strict compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes, standards, and ISO 9001 throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and project quality objectives.
• Manage QA/QC engineers and inspectors, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, material submittals, and all quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party agencies.
• Monitor quality performance, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and inspection approval rates.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and contractual quality requirements.
• Oversee quality control for all fit-out activities, including architectural finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, painting, glazing, MEP interfaces, and final handover.
• Prepare and submit quality reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), audit reports, and handover documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of QA/QC experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC Manager role specifically on fit-out or interior finishing projects.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspection processes, and NCR management.
• Proven experience working effectively with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certification

• CQI-IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred for this position.
