About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineering Expert to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and coordinating quality assurance activities across various products and projects, providing advanced technical expertise in software testing. The expert will ensure effective test planning and execution, consistent application of QA standards, and drive improvements in test automation, performance testing, and overall testing efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily QA activities for assigned products and projects, ensuring timely and effective execution of testing.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve testing frameworks, standards, tools, and practices, with a focus on functional, automation, and performance testing.
• Design and enhance automation and performance testing frameworks for scalability, maintainability, reusability, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Review and approve test strategies, test plans, test cases, automation approaches, performance test designs, and test reports to ensure adequate coverage and quality.
• Identify and apply AI-enabled testing approaches and tools to improve test design, automation, defect analysis, and overall QA efficiency.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and mentoring to QA Engineers, supporting complex testing challenges and promoting consistent QA practices.
• Maintain knowledge of security and penetration testing concepts and collaborate with security teams to assess quality impacts and support validation.
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure QA processes, testing evidence, and documentation align with organizational standards and audit requirements.

Key Deliverables

• Established and continuously improved QA frameworks, standards, tools, and testing practices.
• Scalable and maintainable automation testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines, demonstrating improved coverage and execution efficiency.
• Established performance testing frameworks and approaches, with documented results, bottlenecks, trends, and recommendations.
• Reviewed and approved test strategies, plans, cases, and reports ensuring adequate coverage and quality.
• Implemented AI-enabled QA use cases that enhance test design, automation, defect analysis, or overall testing efficiency.
• Quality dashboards and reports providing visibility into defects, test coverage, automation, performance, and quality risks.
• Effective technical guidance and knowledge sharing across the QA team, covering automation, performance testing, testing frameworks, and AI-assisted testing.
• Complete and auditable QA documentation and testing evidence aligned with organizational standards and audit requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance engineering, with a strong background in leading QA activities and providing technical expertise in software testing.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reliable and timely digital delivery.
