AlQahtani Holding is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will lead quality assurance efforts for operation management systems. The primary objective is to ensure end-to-end system integrity, robust controls, stable releases, data accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across these systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end quality of finance systems.
• Prevent critical defects from occurring after system releases.
• Ensure systems are ready for go-live.
• Maintain system control and audit compliance.
• Resolve root causes of identified system issues.
• Deliver successful system changes and enhancements.
• Build and enhance QA capabilities within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with operation management systems, particularly finance systems.
• Proven ability to ensure system integrity, controls, and compliance.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region.
