Emdad By Elm is seeking a Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of quality management systems, business processes, and operational procedures. This role focuses on quality assurance, process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational development. Key activities include analyzing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, developing and standardizing procedures, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and continuously improve policies, procedures, processes, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Assess existing business and operational processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across different business and operational functions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, process maps, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and analyze quality and operational performance indicators to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address quality and process issues.
• Support business excellence, operational excellence, and organizational development initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, methodologies, and standards to improve process effectiveness and service quality.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into optimized processes and scalable solutions.
• Support strategic transformation and organizational development initiatives through process assessment, redesign, and continuous improvement.
• Benchmark processes against leading practices and industry standards and recommend opportunities to enhance organizational performance.
• Prepare management reports, quality assessments, process performance reports, and improvement recommendations to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce process gaps, enhance service quality, and strengthen governance through data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience is required.
• Previous experience in large-scale industrial, operational, or complex corporate environments is highly preferred.
• Experience in strategic transformation, organizational development, quality management, business excellence, or operational excellence.
• Strong experience in process analysis, process redesign, procedure development, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, operational performance, process governance, and organizational excellence frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to assess complex processes, identify root causes, and develop practical improvement recommendations.
