Quality Engineer

About the Role

Rising Ray Company is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, preferably with a background in Industrial or Electrical Engineering. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality management procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across company operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Monitor and evaluate work processes to ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections and support internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards, company policies, and project specifications.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance.

Daily Tasks

• Monitor quality compliance across ongoing activities and projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and document findings.
• Review quality records, checklists, and inspection reports.
• Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
