Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

About the Role

Finstorm Placement Services is recruiting on behalf of a prominent manufacturer of HDPE, Pre-Insulated Piping Systems, Fittings, Valves, and Infrastructure Solutions in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality and safety management systems within manufacturing operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards, supporting product approvals, and coordinating various audits and certifications. The position offers exposure to significant infrastructure, water, utility, and district cooling projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Prepare and manage SOPs, ITPs, Quality Plans, Method Statements, and quality documentation.
• Review raw material and finished product inspection records to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, management reviews, and training programs.
• Coordinate external audits and certifications, including ISO, SASO, NSF, FM, NWC, and Aramco approvals.
• Support product testing, third-party inspections, and customer approval processes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, certification bodies, production teams, and sales teams on quality and compliance matters.
• Monitor laboratory testing activities and calibration schedules across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Demonstrated ability to manage quality management systems and ensure compliance with standards.
• Experience with relevant certifications and approvals (*, ISO, SASO, NSF, FM, NWC, Aramco).
