The Role of Quality Operations Coach

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Quality Operations Coach to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to implementing and overseeing food safety and product quality programs within the designated region. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to Panda standards across retail stores, central bakery operations, and supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Quality Coach Programs for Panda's retail stores, facilities, and omnichannel operations to ensure the highest product quality and compliance with established Panda standards.
• Implement supplier quality audit programs for private label vendors (covering both food and non-food items) and fresh product suppliers, including categories such as fresh meat, chilled meat, produce, and deli.
• Manage and implement the customer complaints and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process consistently throughout the year.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Quality Operations Coach position must possess 2-5 years of professional experience in quality operations, food safety, or a directly related field. This experience should demonstrate a capability to manage and implement quality assurance initiatives within a dynamic retail or food production environment.

Work Setting

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position involves active engagement across various operational sites, including retail stores and the central bakery, and interaction with a network of suppliers within the region.
