About Kaiyiee Global Talent

Kaiyiee Global Talent is a leading provider of enterprise-grade AI and big data infrastructure software. The company develops foundational software that supports AI-driven digital transformation across various industries, including finance, government, energy, transportation, and manufacturing. Its product portfolio covers the full data lifecycle, from integration, storage, and governance to modeling, analytics, and circulation. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company is expanding into the Middle East, a strategic priority market, with a go-to-market strategy focused on local channels and partnerships.

The Role of Regional GTM & Marketing Manager Middle East

The Regional GTM & Marketing Manager for the Middle East will be responsible for translating complex AI and big data platform products into locally relevant value propositions. This role involves building go-to-market strategies, driving channel marketing, and enabling sales teams. The position requires close collaboration with headquarters in Shanghai, regional leadership in Singapore, and local partners in the Middle East. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the Middle East GTM strategy for AI infrastructure and big data platform products, aligning with the global product roadmap. Define market entry priorities, target verticals (finance, government, energy, telecom), and customer segmentation, and own the 4P strategy for the region.
  • Channel & Partner Marketing: Design and execute marketing programs to enable local channel partners, system integrators, and distributors to sell solutions effectively. Develop partner enablement materials, co-marketing campaigns, and joint GTM initiatives, building and managing a partner marketing ecosystem to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Localization & Content Development: Localize product messaging, value propositions, and marketing collateral for the Middle East audience, adapting for cultural relevance and market-specific pain points. Create case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, and presentations that resonate with regional enterprise buyers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs), translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the regional sales team with necessary tools, content, and training. Develop competitive positioning and battle cards for the Middle East market, and support key deals with executive presentations, proposal development, and customer engagement.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and customer needs in the Middle East. Provide regular market intelligence and actionable insights to product and leadership teams, and track and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Brand & Event Management: Build the company's brand presence in the Middle East through targeted events, webinars, industry conferences, and thought leadership. Represent the company at regional industry events and engage with key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in the Middle East market, with a deep understanding of business culture, customer buying behavior, and go-to-market dynamics in the region (Saudi Arabia and UAE preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B channel/partner-led go-to-market models, including experience working with system integrators, distributors, or technology partners in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into compelling value propositions for enterprise buyers.
  • A hands-on, builder mentality, comfortable with executing tasks directly rather than solely delegating.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, sales, and leadership teams across different time zones and cultures.

Work Environment

This role offers a high degree of autonomy, providing the freedom to define the playbook, build the local marketing engine, and directly influence revenue growth within a strategic priority market. The position involves working closely with international teams and local partners.
