About the Role
Mace is seeking a Reporting Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and involves contributing to one of the largest mixed-use development programs in Saudi Arabia, which includes sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure.
Project Context
As a delivery partner for this significant program, Mace requires experienced professionals to lead integrated teams across various project phases. The Reporting Specialist will play a key role within the Planning Centre of Excellence, supporting PMO and Project Controls services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services for assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence, guided by senior professionals.
- Contribute to the implementation of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including Earned Value Management (EVM), ensuring alignment with the Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and governance standards.
- Build effective working relationships with client representatives and support the integration of core disciplines such as planning and risk management.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitate performance reviews, and provide insights into project performance.
- Collaborate towards net zero carbon transition goals and share responsibility for identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognized professional body and demonstrating ongoing professional development.
- Proven leadership experience in PMO and Project Controls on complex projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, with a record of delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practices.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organizational environments.
- Effective communication skills with analytical capability, and the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
Work Environment
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position. The successful candidate will work within integrated teams, contributing to a large-scale development project.
