About the Role

Dream of the Desert is seeking a Reservations & Guest Relations Agent to manage guest interactions from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on delivering a luxury guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
• Provide guests with clear information regarding journeys, accommodation, services, and policies.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, booking records, and preferences within the reservation system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Manage VIP requests, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and special occasions.
• Build positive relationships with guests and respond professionally to questions, feedback, and complaints.
• Follow up with guests before and after their journey to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and luxury service.
• Support the preparation of reservation reports and guest documentation.
• Assist with other guest experience and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reservations, guest relations, customer service, hospitality, travel, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in reservation systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium travel, airlines, hotels, or tourism.
• Experience supporting VIP or high-profile guests.
• Knowledge of Saudi tourism destinations and cultural experiences.
