Role Overview

Azure is seeking a Talent Experience Manager to lead the design and delivery of talent experiences. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, aims to strengthen employee engagement, enhance the talent journey, and support Azure’s employer brand. The manager will focus on creating meaningful experiences across key talent touchpoints, from attraction and onboarding to engagement, development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the talent experience strategy in alignment with Azure’s business objectives and employer brand.
• Design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Lead talent engagement activities, internal events, recognition programs, and employee experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Human Resources to strengthen employer branding and promote Azure as an employer of choice.
• Develop creative campaigns and communication initiatives that reinforce company culture, values, and employee engagement.
• Oversee onboarding experiences and initiatives that help new employees integrate effectively into the organization.
• Gather employee feedback and analyze engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to employee experience, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Manage budgets, external vendors, and partnerships related to talent experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure consistent and meaningful employee experiences across the organization.
• Identify innovative approaches to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent retention.
• Lead and develop the talent experience team, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
