Return Receiving Officer

About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a Return Receiving Officer to join the Return DC Operations team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for accurately and safely managing store returns across various product categories, including ambient, chilled, and frozen, while ensuring comprehensive system and documentation traceability.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify store returns against Gate Pass details.
• Accurately count, scan, and record returned items within the WMS/WHM system.
• Check quantities, units of measure, expiry dates, batch details, and product condition.
• Identify and document shortages, excess quantities, damages, and other discrepancies.
• Properly segregate returns based on product category, condition, and required disposition.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, PPE, and cold-chain requirements for chilled and frozen products.
• Receive and reconcile returnable assets such as pallets and baskets.
• Escalate discrepancies and quality or cold-chain concerns to the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper shift handovers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments and a commitment to following established safety and hygiene procedures.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working within a dynamic DC Operations team. The role may require working in varied temperature conditions, including chilled and frozen environments, in adherence to cold-chain protocols.
