Returns & Exchange Supervisor.

About the Role

Almanea Co. is seeking a Returns & Exchange Supervisor to manage the complete returns and exchange process. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves utilizing returned or replaced devices as an early warning system for potential product quality issues in the market. The role focuses on ensuring an efficient, accurate, and well-documented returns pipeline, and that graded stock is prepared for resale.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and classify all returned or replaced devices based on the reason for return (*, manufacturing defect, misuse) and assign a resale grade.
• Analyze returns data on a weekly and monthly basis to identify abnormal spikes in specific defects, models, or production batches. Escalate recurring patterns to Technical Support as an early warning of quality concerns.
• Track the entire returns cycle within the system, from receipt and inspection to decision (grading) and closure. Ensure all cases are thoroughly documented with photos, inspection reports, and final decisions.
• Coordinate with Technical Support to determine the root causes of complaints. Collaborate with Logistics & Sales, and Suppliers/Factory regarding confirmed defects and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing returns and exchange processes, preferably within a retail or electronics environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires coordination across multiple departments and external partners to maintain efficient operations.
