Role Overview

Delivery Hero SE is seeking a Rider Compliance Assistant Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 5-7 years of experience. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating risks within rider operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor rider permit validity, vehicle documentation, work authorizations, and road safety regulations to mitigate regulatory non-compliance risks.
• Conduct regular compliance audits across logistics operational channels and identify potential gaps or regulatory non-conformities.
• Oversee the implementation of updated regulatory guidelines into daily rider operations and fleet activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Rider Operations, Experience, Supply, Optimization, and Performance teams, to align operational workflows with compliance rules.
• Establish clear compliance control checkpoints within rider onboarding, dispatching, and performance processes.
• Analyze rider compliance metrics and prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting areas for operational improvement.
• Coordinate with external regulatory representatives and internal departments during audits, inspections, or official compliance inquiries.
