Rider Compliance Assistant Manager

About the Role

HungerStation is seeking a Rider Compliance Assistant Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring regulatory adherence and operational efficiency within our logistics and rider operations. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in compliance, logistics, or fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor rider permit validity, vehicle documentation, work authorizations, and road safety regulations to mitigate non-compliance risks.
• Conduct regular compliance audits across logistics operational channels and identify potential gaps or non-conformities.
• Oversee the implementation of updated regulatory guidelines into daily rider operations and fleet activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Rider Operations, Experience, Supply, Optimization, and Performance teams, to align operational workflows with compliance rules.
• Establish clear compliance control checkpoints within rider onboarding, dispatching, and performance processes.
• Analyze rider compliance metrics and prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting areas for operational improvement.
• Coordinate with external regulatory representatives and internal departments during audits, inspections, or official compliance inquiries.
• Continuously review and update logistics compliance procedures, risk mitigation protocols, and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop corrective action plans for non-compliant rider cases, operational bottlenecks, or regulatory infractions.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.
• Manage and monitor all HungerStation department operational governmental violations.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in compliance, logistics operations, fleet management, or regulatory audit within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven background in logistics or engineering operations managing driver/rider compliance and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of local Saudi logistics and labor regulations (TGA, MHRSD, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and compliance tracking tools.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• International certifications in Supply Chain Management are preferred.

This role is based in Riyadh and operates within a dynamic logistics environment, requiring collaboration with various internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
