Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager will join the Country Field Sales team, focusing on both new business development and existing account management. This role requires a professional, credible, and collaborative individual to develop and maintain strong client relationships while managing a diverse portfolio of products, services, and solutions within the healthcare professional (HCP) segment in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
• Develop business opportunities and leverage market potential.
• Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and maintain CRM records.
• Enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide market feedback on segment trends.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships, actively seeking new opportunities.
• Manage the market and conduct customer/prospect visits in line with company sales protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar capacity.
• A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions.
• Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills.
• Solid experience with CRM software; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
• A result-driven approach to sales.
• Strong listening, communication, and presentation abilities.
