About the Role

IQAir is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the company at its kiosk in Riyadh, Park Mall, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on delivering customer service and presenting IQAir’s air quality solutions.

Role Overview

The Sales Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, educating them on indoor air quality challenges and demonstrating IQAir’s premium Swiss technology solutions. This position involves direct customer engagement in a retail setting, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate IQAir solutions.
• Sell IQAir air purifiers and air quality monitors based on customer requirements.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly, translating technical features into practical benefits.
• Build customer relationships to foster trust.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain kiosk hygiene, organization, and visual presentation.
• Replenish stock, manage displays, and kiosk inventory.
• Ensure the kiosk reflects IQAir’s brand image.
• Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct.

Qualifications and Requirements
