Noble Horizon is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia with the introduction of Art of Cardz (AOC) in Riyadh. AOC is a specialized retail concept focused on Trading Card Games (TCG), collectibles, and hobbies. This initiative integrates retail, e-commerce, trading cards, graded collectibles, accessories, organized play, and community engagement. Through AOC Riyadh, Noble Horizon aims to establish a destination for collectors, players, and TCG enthusiasts, supported by a professionally managed retail operation.

Role Overview: Sales Associate

Noble Horizon is seeking a Sales Associate to join the AOC team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves contributing to the daily operations and growth of the new business. The Sales Associate will play a key role in customer interaction, store maintenance, and supporting various retail activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality and uphold a professional work ethic.
• Adhere to established processes and procedures for daily operations.
• Coordinate store opening and closing procedures, ensuring assigned areas are clean and prepared.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, particularly for Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other TCG products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Replenish product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Assist with pricing and re-pricing products using TCG-approved tools.
• Support the Storekeeper with monthly inventory counts.
• Maintain tidiness on the sales floor and in the trading cave, including restocking and ensuring presentable snack and cashier areas.
• Support the execution of in-store events, weekend tournaments, and special campaigns.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Inform management of key community developments and requirements from the TCG community.
• Support social media management and content creation as needed.
• Perform additional business-related duties as assigned.
• Wear the designated AOC uniform during working hours.

Educational and Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
• Passion for TCG products (strong advantage).
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and mobile applications.

Work Environment and Location

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Sales Associate will work within the Art of Cardz retail environment, engaging directly with customers and supporting a community-focused business.
