The company is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is a key role within Sitecore's sales organization, designed to provide foundational knowledge and skills for a successful career in technology. This role contributes to Sitecore's growth strategy by helping to shape its future as a leader in the Digital Experience Marketing space. The SDR plays an essential part in creating market awareness, identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, and generating new business for the company.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange product introductions.
  • Partner with the Sales team to build a quality pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects and nurture deals.
  • Act as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing knowledge with customers and prospects.
  • Arrange discovery calls and well-qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre-Sales teams.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of professional experience and demonstrate the following:

  • Strong writing skills.
  • A genuinely curious, self-motivated, creative, results-driven, solution-oriented, direct, and success-driven approach.
  • Comfort with making cold calls.

  • A curious personality with a desire to build a long-term career in enterprise sales.

Desired Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience could further distinguish a candidate:

  • Outbound and lead generation experience in a B2B environment.
  • Passion for technology and its societal impact, including selling technology and redefining market segments.
  • Previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development, tele-marketing, and/or sales.
