About the Role
JOIN Solutions is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on initiating crucial conversations and driving the top of the sales funnel within the GCC market. The specialist will be instrumental in identifying key accounts and engaging decision-makers to establish the foundation for revenue growth.
Role Purpose
The Sales Development Specialist is responsible for strategically engaging potential clients across the GCC, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads. This position requires a proactive approach to outreach, treating it as a core craft to consistently exceed targets and contribute directly to the company's expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify high-fit accounts across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region using tools such as LinkedIn, intent data, and outbound platforms.
- Execute multi-channel outreach sequences, including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, with personalized and market-appropriate messaging.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria before transferring them to Account Executives.
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify client pain points and assess their buying potential.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and contact records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Test and iterate outreach copy, call scripts, and sequencing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams on targeting strategies, messaging development, and campaign follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience selling into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the broader GCC market.
- A minimum of 0-1 years of professional experience is required for this role.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English for engaging with decision-makers across the region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective multi-channel outreach.
- Ability to utilize sales tools and CRM systems for pipeline management and record keeping.
- Analytical mindset for testing, iterating, and improving outreach strategies.
