Role Overview: Sales Director

Reportage Saudi is seeking a Sales Director to lead its sales function in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for setting sales strategies and targets, and driving revenue growth across the company’s real estate projects. The role involves managing and coaching the sales team, overseeing daily sales operations, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales function, including strategy definition, target setting, and execution across all real estate projects.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a strong pipeline of future sales talent.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions at every touchpoint.
• Monitor performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing data to refine strategies and improve results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business development teams to identify new market opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership review.
• Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Sales Director position should possess 15+ years of experience in a relevant sales leadership role, preferably within the real estate sector.
