Livedin is building a significant platform and seeks a Sales Executive to contribute to its growth.

The Role of Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in scaling Livedin's SaaS business. This involves engaging with property managers, serviced apartment operators, developers, and hospitality operators. The approach to sales is solution-led and consultative, focusing on driving recurring revenue rather than transactional selling. The role involves building pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound demand, maintaining strong pipeline coverage.
• Lead structured, outcome-focused product demonstrations that highlight how product capabilities drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and portfolio control.
• Conduct consultative selling by understanding each client's operational model, challenges, and financial goals, positioning the platform as a growth enabler.
• Manage commercial discussions, pricing conversations, and contract finalization to close subscription agreements that generate recurring revenue.
• Own the sales funnel end-to-end, providing accurate forecasts and consistently delivering against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain discipline in CRM and pipeline management, ensuring clean opportunity tracking, clear deal stages, and full pipeline transparency.
• Stay informed on prop-tech trends, SaaS competition, and evolving hospitality technology demands across the GCC and broader market.
• Collaborate with product, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client transitions and long-term retention.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in property management or the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated passion for sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
