About Foodics and the Sales Executive Role

Foodics, established in 2014 and headquartered in Riyadh, is a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider. The company operates across 5 countries and serves customers in over 35 countries globally, having processed more than 6 billion orders. Foodics is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales for the company's product. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with leads, assessing customer fit, managing leads through the sales pipeline, and driving closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets, maintaining a high closing ratio on qualified leads.
  • Generate new leads through digital marketing campaigns and participation in industry networking events, converting demo sessions into confirmed sales.
  • Establish relationships with new strategic partners and maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential partners to ensure future sales.
  • Utilize CRM systems for project and customer case follow-up, ensuring meticulous tracking and reporting of all sales activities.
  • Leverage data and CRM insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Generate a sales pipeline that is four times the monthly quota.
  • Complete all scheduled training sessions on new product features and advanced sales techniques, achieving high scores on product knowledge assessments.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth, fostering a creative and dynamic startup attitude.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of direct sales experience in the Information Technology, FMCG, Software, or SaaS industries is preferred. Talented fresh graduates with a passion for SaaS sales will also be considered.

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car, with a willingness to conduct fieldwork.
  • Ability to work independently across functional groups and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and being part of a growing SaaS company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the SaaS, technology, or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • A proactive approach with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in restaurant operations.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
